Rural Economic Development Grants will soon be on offer to eligible applicants for projects which create economic and employment opportunities across rural and remote Queensland.
Example projects eligible under the grant program could include the development of new products or markets, or improved business processes where such investment creates employment.
These grants will be available to a range of applicants such as medium sized businesses (any business under 200 employees) including primary producers with projects in rural and remote Queensland.
This program will open to applications shortly and will be administered by the Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority (QRIDA). When the program is operational, information will be on the QRIDA website.
If you’d like to be notified when the program is open please email your details to email@example.com.
Further information on the scheme can be found in the Minister’s media release.
