    The Animal Welfare League of Queensland Inc. (AWL) is a non-profit, non-government funded, charitable organisation. AWL cares for over 10,000 stray and abandoned companion animals on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas each year.
  • RSPCA Qld Inc
    RSPCA Qld is a non-government, community-based charity dedicated to protecting the welfare of all animals - great and small. Approximately 40,000 animals depend on the organisation every year and it is dependant on community support and donations to continue its lifesaving work.

    The Queensland Dairyfarmers' Organisation plays an active role in ensuring its members have access to the most up-to-date information.
  • SafeMeatThe Australian Government has established a partnership body, SafeMeat, to ensure that red-meat products achieve the highest standards of safety and hygiene from farm to consumer and to provide strategic direction and policy advice to the red meat industry. Timber

  • Timber Queensland
    Timber Queensland, as the peak industry body, is funded by the forest and timber industries and represents most segments (including sawmills, loggers, treaters, fabricators and wholesalers) of the industry to government and the wider community. A key role of Timber Queensland is to support and encourage the development and expansion of the forest industry as a means of securing the long-term business viability of its members.
