As populations grow across the world, it's integral to be able to meet that future need.

We want farmers to do really well, so we're there to help them get over any hurdles and to support wherever we can.

We're actually all just passionate about what we do. Every time I can improve a grower's practices or see that the community grows from some of the research I do, that's the biggest thing.

It's that connection to Country and being a part of that journey of protecting my Country and my culture is, you know, something I hold very dear to my heart.

When I look back over those 20 years, I've stayed because I'm passionate about what I do.

No two days are the same. You're always learning something new, you overcome one challenge and there's another one waiting right around the corner.

You do get a lot of proud moments. The purpose of government is to service the people in the state.

No matter what you do, you're contributing to the general public.

It's our brothers and sisters, our relatives, our families, our friends. So, for me, that's a big driver.

You can see the difference you can make and how it helps your community that you're living in.

It's really important to me that we're doing it properly and we're doing it sustainably, so we can come back in the next 50, 100, 200 years.

I always like making changes for good. I want to go out very proudly. I want to leave a legacy.
