Excellence in research

We have over 600 highly skilled staff working from 38 locations across the state, including the 25 research facilities managed by ASQ.

ASQ’s 2022 RD&E portfolio of 258 projects is valued at $400 million.

The average duration of a research project is 3.8 years.

ASQ collaborates with approximately 171 different organisations within Australia and a further 33 organisations across 17 different countries throughout the world.

We also support Queensland Government responses to natural disasters, biosecurity incidents and other disasters such as COVID-19.
