Our goal is to create an environment where we all feel valued and welcomed. We want all employees to feel safe, supported and empowered to do their best.
Our Equity, Diversity and Belonging Plan 2023–2026 is about making things better for everyone working at DAF.
Our plan includes ideas to involve everyone and make the workplace more inclusive. We will:
- ensure hiring is fair for everyone
- provide diversity training for all employees
- establish networks for specific groups.
We’ll review our plan each year and make changes, if needed. We’ll base these changes on other plans and what we learn from our yearly equity and diversity audit.
