What's special
Inglewood Town Weir is stocked by the Inglewood Fish Stocking Association Inc. The weir is stocked with golden perch, Murray cod and silver perch. In 2017/18 1,415 golden perch and 165 Murray cod were stocked in Inglewood Town Weir. The weir joined SIPS in 2016 but has previously been stocked from other funding sources.
Location
Inglewood Town Weir is located on the Macintyre Brook River on the north side of Inglewood. The weir is suitable for small vessels and paddlecraft. Accommodation is available in Inglewood. There are no facilities at the weir. The Australian Tobacco Museum at the Inglewood Heritage Centre is worth a look.
